We are happy to discuss any sized repair work with you from a simple gear cable replacement and set up to a full overhaul of your pride and joy. 

We will produce a comprehensive report on your bike which covers all areas, from the front to the back. All wear is marked down and graded by percentage to make it easier to understand. A detailed price is then shown listing all the required parts and work. This report is sent to you to view and accept before any work is done. This way, you get to see up front what is required and don't have any nasty shocks when your bike is ready. 

Gilligan’s isl operates on a collection and delivery basis. Your bike is collected at a time to suit you, then all work is completed in the fully equipped workshop.

Labour & Call out
 
  • Labour Charge Minimum   £10.00.    Per Hour £40.00
  • Collection/Delivery £10.00 within Newport area
           Outside of area may cost a little more ( call or email for quote)
  • Puncture inc. fitting inner tube set up or tubeless. £10.00

Brakes

  • Cable brake tune - rim or disc, Front or Rear £20.00
  • Add new inner & outer cables if required £30.00
  • Hydraulic Brake Bleed - each end £10.00

Gears
 
  • Gear tune up Front or rear £10.00
  • Gear tune up with new inner & outer cables fitted £30.00
  • Complete drive train de-grease, clean and lube £15.00 
ROwasher clean, using Peaties lubes for re-lube, as to your request.

Headset & Bottom Bracket

  • Headset Service From £10.00
  • Headset installation (Labour only) £15.00
  • Bottom Bracket service From £10.00
  • Bottom Bracket installation (Labour only) £15.00              

Hubs
 
  • Hub service From £10.00
Seals and bearings extra as required. Please contact for quote on specific hub               

Wheels 

  • Wheel true From £10.00
  • Wheel build (labour only) From £60.00 per wheel (discount per pair) 
  • Bar tape fitting (Labour only) £10.00
  • Bar tape extra as required dependant on type

MTB suspension bearings

  • Multi-link frame strip down & re-build £50.00

Service packages

Bronze Level service safety check service to include the following £40.00

  • Tyres & pressure checked
  • Chain checked for wear, clean, de-grease & lube
  • Cables checked, cleaned & lubed
  • Brakes tuned
  • Gears tuned
  • Bolts checked for correct torque
  • Seat post removed, cleaned and greased
 
Any required parts  are additional and cost advised before hand


Silver Level service to include the following £70.00

Everything listed on Bronze level plus:

  • Wheels Trued
  • ROwasher clean, using Peaties lubes for re-lube, as to your request.
 
 Any required parts are additional and cost advised before hand
 

Gold Level service to include the following £120.00 

A totaly thorough and detailed service to make sure your bike is returned to you cleaned and in top running order.

Nearly all components are removed, inspected, cleaned and re installed with correct grease, anti-seize or lubrication as required.

Everything listed on Bronze & Silver level plus:
 
  • Bike cleaned
  • Bottom bracket Serviced
  • Headset Serviced
  • Hubs serviced
  • Brakes bled £10 per brake or cables replaced price advised
